After my sixth-semester exams, I had a clear plan for the vacation. Unfortunately, life had other plans. A family emergency in the middle of June took away the steering wheel from my hands, and for the first time in nearly three years, I wasn't making the decisions I was simply a passenger. At first, it was frustrating. My carefully planned weeks became scattered, and I found myself resisting a reality I couldn't control. Looking back, I realize that trying to fight the flow of life only creates more friction. Sometimes, the best thing we can do is accept where life takes us, learn from it, and keep moving forward. This summer humbled me in ways I never expected. It reminded me that life isn't about chasing one goal so intensely that everything else fades away. Family, relationships, health, and dreams all deserve a place. Balance isn't a weakness it's what allows us to sustain our ambitions without losing ourselves. Today marks the beginning of my final year. I step into it with greater clarity, stronger purpose, and a renewed sense of gratitude. I'm back in the driver's seat, holding the wheel firmly, with my foot on the accelerator not because everything is perfect, but because I'm ready for whatever comes next. "Life was lifing. I just had to learn how to drive through it." Let's go, boys. 🚀
